JACKSON, Mich. — After sitting vacant for three years, new life is coming to the shuttered K-Mart building on Michigan Avenue in Jackson.
U-Haul has purchased the property for $2.1 million dollars.
In total, U-Haul plans to invest up to $8 million dollars into the space, and employ around 10 to 12 people.
