The heat we've been dealing with is the reason classes at Jackson's Hunt Elementary School will be canceled Monday.
Jackson Public Schools' summer school classes also are being canceled Monday.
Superintendent Jeff Beal made the announcement about the cancelations on Facebook.
Classes are scheduled to resume Tuesday.
