Jackson's Civil War Muster will take place at Ella Sharp Park this year for the first time ever.
It's been at Cascades Park for more than three decades.
Organizers say moving the muster will give them more room to present bigger and more creative battles.
It will also allow them to enhance and expand the educational experience with the help of the Ella Sharp Museum.
The civil war muster is set for the weekend of August 25th.
