The victim has been identified as 23-year-old Malik Rodriguez.

Jackson police are investigating a deadly shooting that happened in the Shahan-Blackstone Apartments on Mormon Drive.
Rodriguez was shot multiple times just before 2 a.m. He died at a hospital.
Police do not have any suspects in custody at this time.
