Jackson Police are searching for three suspects after a party store clerk was shot and killed in an armed robbery.
It happened at 9:05 p.m. Wednesday night at Keyes Log Cabin Party store on Fourth Street in Jackson.
Police say three males walked into the store with a gun. One of them shot the store clerk in the neck and then they all fled the store with some cash.
The 31-year-old store clerk was rushed to Henry Ford Allegiance Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Police officers set up a perimeter and a canine unit attempted to track the suspects but they got away.
The suspects are described as three black males between the ages of 18-25, they were all wearing dark clothing.
