JACKSON, Mich. — State police are issuing a warning to parents tonight after arresting a man on child porn charges Sunday.
The investigation started with a tip from the "National Center for Missing and Exploited Children."
It led authorities to Andrew Sowle, 36, a resident of Jackson.
He's charged with three felonies including possession of child pornography and enticing a minor for immoral purposes.
Sowle faces 20-years in prison if convicted.
