The Jackson County Sheriff's office has arrested a man after allegations surfaced saying he was abusing his children.
A report was filed with the office after someone noticed a child with serious injuries.
Deputies and the Department of Human Services went to check on the home in Spring Arbor and found a second child with similar injuries.
Both children were removed from the home and were taken for medical treatment.
The investigation has been turned over to the Jackson County prosecutor pending formal charges.
