JACKSON, Mich. — The Jackson man accused of shooting his 2-year-old son in the face reportedly faked his mental illness.
According to Mlive, the forensic psychiatrist has determined 32-year-old Michael Glance is actually mentally competent to stand trial.
He was initially ruled mentally incompetent back in May. Glance is accused of shooting his son Ryker during an argument last April with the boy's mother.
He will appear next in court for a pre-trial hearing next month.
