Jackson City Council to decide if Non-Discreimination Ordinance heads to a vote

Jackson City Council will decide Tuesday night if a Non-Discrimination Ordinance will go on the August ballot.

The city council passed the ordinance last month. It was supposed to take effect March 10, but religious leaders got enough signatures to block it.
