LANSING, Mich. (WSYM) - A busy Lansing intersection was closed down Saturday after a car and a moped collided.
It happened around 8 p.m. on West Saginaw Hwy. between Renker Road and Waverly Road.
The Eaton County Sheriff’s Department is working to learn how the accident happened.
The intersection was closed down for over four hours.
Deputies are unsure if the moped driver was wearing a helmet.
The moped driver was taken to Sparrow Hospital in critical condition.
