An Ingham County woman got the shock of her life when she scratched off her Money Money Money instant game ticket and found she had won $2 million.

"I was on my way home from work Thursday morning, and stopped to grab a few tickets," said the player, who chose to remain anonymous. "I bought three Money Money Money tickets and scratched them off at the store.

The player bought her winning ticket at Holt Fine Wine and Spirits, located at 2102 Aurelius Road in Holt. This is the second time in three weeks a big winner has been bought at the store. On Oct. 20, Brian Tackett, of Lansing, matched the five white balls playing Powerball to win a $1 million prize.

"I won $20 on the first ticket, $100 on the second, and $2 million on the third. I was so stunned. I gave the $120 to the store clerks and went home to tell my boyfriend the good news. I ran inside our house and yelled: 'We're millionaires!' He jumped out of bed and his face dropped as soon as he saw my ticket."

The 27-year-old winner visited Lottery headquarters Thursday to claim the big prize. She chose to receive annual payments of about $67,000 for the next 30 years rather than a one-time payment of about $1.3 million.

With her winnings, the player plans to pay bills, invest in her small business, and then save the remainder.
