The Ingham County Sheriff's Office is using their Facebook page to remind people not to move Road Closed signs, and not to drive over lawns.
Columbia Road is still closed due to bridge repair over the Grand River at Waverly Road. The Sheriff's Office says that because people have been moving barricades, and cutting through front yards they'll be increasing traffic patrols in that area.
They want to remind people not to just take the detour.
