Impending winter weather leads to closures &...

We will be keeping track of any closures or delays due to Monday's impending winter weather.

This is what we've been notified of so far:

Davenport University Lansing Campus.

State of Michigan offices.

Lansing Township Administrative Offices will be closed for the remainder of today.

54-A District Court is closing at noon today. All hearings scheduled for this afternoon will be rescheduled, and notices mailed to the parties’ addresses on record. Persons scheduled for arraignment should report to court tomorrow. Payments due on today’s date will not be considered late payments provided they are made by the close of business tomorrow.
The Court will reopen for regular business tomorrow morning at 8:00 a.m.

Mason City Hall and Clinton County Courthouse will be closing at 12:15 PM.

Today’s remaining shifts for Dart Container’s Mason Cup and Machinery Manufacturing should not report to work. Dart will re-open Tuesday for the day shift.

City of East Lansing facilities will close at noon today including City Hall, East Lansing Hannah Community Center, Prime Time Seniors' Program, East Lansing Public Library (closed through Jan. 10 for to prepare for renovations) and the Department of Public Works. All City of East Lansing facilities will open on Tuesday, Dec. 29 for regular

All Ingham County Government Offices will be closing at Noon today, Monday, December 28, 2015. All non-essential County Employees will be released at Noon.

The Boys & Girls Club of Lansing will be closing at 3pm Monday. They are typically open until 5pm.

PICC in Jackson will be closing at noon.

City Facilities to Close Early Today Due to Severe Weather
(LANSING) – Due to expected severe weather that could make travel extremely hazardous later today, City Hall, 54A
District Court and related city facilities, including community centers, will close at 12 Noon today to allow city employees to get home safely before road conditions deteriorate.

All city sponsored meetings, events and classes are also cancelled for today and tonight.

Emergency services continue to be available 24/7. Please call 911
if you have an emergency.

Essential city personnel involved in winter maintenance operations should consult with their supervisor todetermine if they are to report to work for afternoon and evening shifts.

The City Treasurer’s Office will also close at Noon today. Property tax payments can be made at the drop box located on the Capitol Avenue side of City Hall.

City Hall, 54A District Court and related city facilities will reopen for regular business hours tomorrow morning at 8 a.m.
