The State Democratic Party released a document Wednesday that it claims proves the Snyder administration refused to allow Flint to switch back to Detroit's water system in April of last year.

Once the information was released House Minority Leader, Tim Greimel calling for Governor Rick Snyder's resignation.

He's hardly the first person to do so, but he is higher up the political food chain than any of the others.

Representative Greimel says the Snyder Administration put money ahead of people.

"When decisions were made regarding the health of residents in Flint the Governor made those decisions based on spreadsheet totals, not based on the quality of life for thousands of Flint men, women and children."

Governor Snyder has repeatedly said he will not resign.

The Michigan Republican Party put out a statement demanding Democrats stop politicizing the crisis in Flint.
