This week’s Hometown Hero is Leah Ketcham, a local tech receptionist
Leah makes sure patients are properly registered for all necessary medical tests
When the pandemic hit, she made it her priority to make sure patients felt safe and comfortable
Leah does this while putting two daughters thru college and taking care of her mom
