Katie Velez has lived in Eaton Rapids for over seven years.
She tells me flooding is something her family deals with all the time.
"It happens every year," Velez said.
With four consecutive days of rain last week and with more rain in the forecast, she is very concerned. "It's really frustrating," Velez adds. " Someone should be able to do something."
Velez is not alone.
Homeowner Delena Kelly says there's too much water in her backyard and it causes problems. "The only redeeming factor is seeing the geese swim in my yard," Kelly said.
