Home Depot is the latest retailer to file a federal lawsuit against credit card companies over security concerns with chip technology.
The company is accusing Visa and MasterCard of not upgrading its security measures leaving retailers at risk of cyber attacks.
Home Depot says credit card companies still rely on accepting customer's signatures for transactions instead of using a pin number which is more secure.
Walmart filed a similar federal lawsuit against "visa" last month.
