A former member of the U.S.A Olympic gymnastics team is suing Dr. Larry Nassar for allegedly assaulting her during medical exams. A motion hearing is scheduled for Wednesday in a Los Angeles, California courtroom. The plaintiff, listed as Jane L-M Doe, also says her coaches failed to protect her.
On Tuesday, U.S.A Gymnastics released an internal report, detailing a number of major issues with the program related to it's treatment of sexual assault. The Organization says they have adopted all the recommended changes.
