A court hearing is scheduled Tuesday morning for the five men charged in the murder of Jackson man nearly five years ago.
Winston Russell, Joshua Long, Donald Long, Robert Brown Jr., and Anthony Wade are scheduled to be in Jackson County District Court at 9 a.m. Tuesday.
All five men are charged with open murder, armed robbery and other felonies in the death of 32-year-old Philip Sango.
Sango was found shot to death inside his apartment on First Street on December 22, 2013.
All five men face up to life in prison if convicted.
