A court hearing is scheduled Thursday in the case against one of Larry Nassar's former bosses at Michigan State University.
William Strampel has been formally charged with misconduct in office and fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct, both charges are felonies.
Strampel is the former dead of MSU's College of Osteopathic Medicine where Nassar worked for 15 years. Strampel is currently free on bail and has pleaded not guilty.
A hearing in the case is scheduled in East Lansing District Court at 1:30 p.m. Thursday.
