A hearing is scheduled to take place in a few hours in the case of a Lansing man accused of killing a baby.
33-year-old Ricky Jack is facing murder and first-degree child abuse charges.
Lansing police were called to a hospital on July third for a 4-month-old boy with serious injuries, later the baby died at the hospital.
A hearing in the case is scheduled for two o'clock Thursday afternoon.
