The East Lansing City Council will have a hearing tonight on the plans to build a Costco.
Tonight's hearing will cover the site plan, rezoning and the potential store location on Park Lake Road.
Costco wants to build on 66 acres at the corner of Park Lake and Saginaw Street. The land is in Meridian Township, but East Lansing annexed it years ago - so both communities have to sign off before anything happens.
The township approved the re-zoning in July. We'll let you know when the city makes a decision.
