If you're looking for a flight to Minneapolis to watch the Spartans play in the Final Four you might be out of luck.
FOX 47's Cryss Walker tells us how Spring Break is putting a damper on a lot of people's plans.
The Spartans are set to take-on Texas Tech Saturday and it's one of the hottest tickets in town.
Not just admission to the showdown but admission in the air.
Classic Travel CEO Joy Thrun says many flights from Detroit and Grand Rapids can range from $700 to $1,300.
“Minneapolis to Lansing has been gone”, said Thrun.
“There's not one seat coming Minneapolis to Lansing. That's completely sold out.”
Thrun says flights have been booked far ahead of the Spring Break season.
The limited tickets are in such high demand they match international travel.
“You know you can go to Paris or Rome for less than that truly, right now so it will cost you more to fly to Minneapolis right now”, said Thrun.
Spartan Sports Tours tells FOX 47 they still have seats open on their motor coach.
