Ingham County Sheriff deputies are investigating a head-on crash that sent 3 people to the hospital Monday morning.
Deputies were called to the area of M-99 and Waverly Road in Windsor Township around 7 am. Investigators say a 52-year-old mother and her 13-year-old son were driving south on M-99 in a minivan. Deputies say the woman turned left to get on Waverly Road and crashed head-on with a pickup truck travelling north on M-99. A 47-year-old woman was the sole occupant in the pick up.
All three patients were transported by Windsor Fire Department Ambulance to Sparrow Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Crews were asking drivers to the avoid the area, the road has since been cleared.
