The Okemos man who pled guilty to attacking an assistant prosecutor will be sentenced today.

35-year-old Joshua Harding allegedly pulled a weapon out of his sleeve and tried to attack the prosecutor during an August 2 hearing in downtown Lansing.

Harding was in court that day on sexual assault charges and is accused of assaulting two children in a Meridian Township cemetery.

For the courtroom attack, Harding pled guilty to assault with intent to murder, carrying a concealed weapon, and possession of a weapon in jail.

He faces at least 20 years in prison on all three of those charges.
