The man accused of trying to attack an Ingham County prosecutor inside the courtroom will be back there Thursday.
Joshua Harding will be in court for a probable cause hearing.
He's facing four felonies including assault with intent to murder and terrorism.
On August 2, Harding tried to stab a prosecutor while in court for sexual assault charges. Harding missed and the prosecutor was not injured.
