Heads up to drivers in Jackson County--the Hanover Road Bridge is closed.
The bridge is closed between Hutchins and Watson Roads in Pulaski Township.
During a recent inspection, structural engineers decided to shut the bridge down because of serious structural deterioration.
The Jackson County Department of transportation is looking at ways to fix the bridge as quickly as possible.
A detour is not in place so its best to just avoid that route.
