We're a month away from the board of water and light's chili cook-off, but tickets for half-off the price of admission went on sale Tuesday.
Tickets for the October seventh event are available through the BWLl's website, $5 for adults and $3 for kids.
If you purchase tickets at the gate, they'll be $10 and $5.
More than 40 vendors will be dishing out the mild-to-spicy-hot samples.
Proceeds from the chili cook-off will benefit the Sparrow Foundation, Impression Five and the Hope Scholarship Program.
