Michigan gun owners and gun advocates are planning to hold a rally in Lansing Wednesday.
Members of the groups Michigan Open Carry and Michigan Gun Owners as well as others are expected to be at the rally at the State Capitol that starts at 10 a.m.
The event will feature guest speakers, entertainment, and vendors set up in a tent. Event organizers say the purpose of the event is to show support of the 2nd Amendment and allow citizens to meet with state lawmakers to discuss gun rights issues.
