A multi-million dollar hotel project could be coming to East Lansing.
The Boji Group is looking to build a four-story hotel with retail space on the site of the vacant Howard Johnson on Trowbridge Road.
The more than 14,000 sq. foot hotel will have 88 rooms, a swimming pool and a fitness center.
The East Lansing Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at 7 p.m. Wednesday.
If plans are approved, work on the hotel could start as early as this summer.
