Greater Michigan Construction Academy Graduates 40 Students.

LANSING, Mich. — The Greater Michigan Construction Academy honored the students who completed their training from six different construction trades including Electrical, Carpentry, Industrial Maintenance Mechanic (IMM), Insulating, Pipefitting and Plumbing. GMCA held their Graduation Banquet for their Midland graduates on, Thursday evening, May 16th, at the GMCA Midland Campus. Then to celebrate the Lansing graduates, an evening celebration was held May 22nd at Coral Gables Restaurant in Lansing.

2019 GMCA Graduates:
Electrical – Dillon Brousseau, Steven Buda, Nathen Corr, Justin Dankert, Calib Downer, Andrew Erkfritz, Nick Fisher, Johnathan Gohm, Brady Harbron, Adam Heilig, Connor Holcomb, Anthony Houston, Arlie Jones, Timothy Mickler, Kenneth Miller, Daniel Numbers, David Phillips, Alex Rogers, Gage Schultz, Jacob Somerville, Benjamin Stritmatter, Greg Tanney, Ryan Trahan, Timothy Vansiclen, Charles Waldron, Travis Williams & Jacob Zazo.

“These students are the future of our industry,” says Stephanie Davis, Vice President of the Greater Michigan Construction Academy. “They are a vital part of our community and our economy and need to be commended for their accomplishments.”

GMCA currently trains in eleven different construction trades specialties. The Academy is a nationally registered program with NCCER and the Federal Bureau of Apprenticeship and Training (BAT). GMCA is also the first vocational school of its kind to go through the process and receive ACCET accreditation.
