According to Grand Ledge Public Schools one of their students was hit by a vehicle while crossing the street in Grand Ledge.
They noted that the male student was not hit by a school bus, but a bus did stop to provide protection to the student until emergency personnel could get there.
The student is expected to make a full recovery.
