LANSING, Mich. — Set up has begun for this weekend's Prime Music Festival in downtown Lansing's Riverfront Park.
Due to the event, Grand Avenue is down to one lane between Shiawassee and Saginaw Streets.
The lane restriction will last through Sunday.
The festival starts Thursday and runs through Saturday.
During that time, there's a good possibility that Grand Avenue will be shut down entirely.
