Governor Rick Snyder will deliver his final State of the State address Tuesday night.
The governor spent much of his 2017 speech talking about Michigan's aging infrastructure and caught some flack for spending only two minutes talking about the Flint water crisis.
The term-limited Republican just began the last year of his second four year term.
