LANSING, Mich. — Wednesday, Governor Gretchen Whitmer will deliver the keynote address for the Michigan State Police 135th Trooper Recruit School graduation. During the ceremony, 101 graduating recruits will be sworn in as MSP troopers by Col. Joseph Gasper, director of the MSP.
