DEWITT, Mich. — Clinton County Department of Waste Management is sponsoring a medication collection event on Saturday.
The pick-up is from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Community Center of St. Jude Catholic Church at 801 N. Bridge St. in DeWitt.
This event accepts all pills, tablets and liquid medications free of charge.
The items not accepted at this event include:
• thermometers
• inhalers
•Epi Pens
• aerosols
• patches
• used needles
The listed items can only be handled at the annual Clean Community Event.
Make sure you black out any personal information on the medication sticker but leave the drug name visible.
