Gordon Food Services has announced it is recalling pans of GFS Cheese Manicotti over undeclared eggs, the Food and Drug Administration announced.
According to the FDA, the product may be inside Chicken Cannelloni. People who have an allergy or sensitivity to eggs run the risk of an allergic reaction if they consume the product.
The recalled product includes:
- Individual TIN PANS of GFS Cheese Manicotti with Julian lot code 15268
- CASES of GFS Chicken Cannelloni with Julian lot code 15268
It was distributed b GFS to retail stores, restaurants and other providers in Michigan, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Missouri, Kansas, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Wisconsin and West Virginia.
Only products with lot code 15268 are included in the recall.
No illnesses have been reported to this date.
