The Eaton County Sheriff's Office is crediting a woman with helping save a man's life Monday night.
Around 4PM, deputies were dispatched to a report of a man down in the driveway of a home on Creyts Road, just north of Saginaw Highway.
When deputies arrived, a female was performing CPR on the man.
Police say she happened to be driving by at the time and noticed the man not moving.
Deputy Dan Anderson, Deputy Tim Daust, and Deputy Heather Stefan all arrived quickly after the call. Deputy Daust retrieved his AED from his patrol car. Deputy Daust, with the assistance of Deputy Anderson and Stefan, applied the AED to the victim. The AED shocked the male victim and he began breathing.
Delta EMS continued his care and he was transported to a local hospital.
