The American Heart Association are asking that everyone wear red on February 1st for their 'Go Red For Women' campaign.
The goal of the day is to bring awareness to heart disease which is the number one killer of women.
'Go Red For Women' encourages awareness of the issue of women and heart disease and uses social media as an interactive platform to empower women to take charge of their health.
