LANSING, Mich. — General Motors plants in Mid-Michigan are not closing because of the coronavirus.
The big three in Detroit have formed a coronavirus task force to help protect their factory workers from the spread of the illness.
The task force will focus on vehicle production plans, implementing social distancing and changing breaks and cleaning schedules.
The car companies say they are monitoring the situation and will make changes if needed.
