Did you know that you can get your local news on your new Amazon Echo? You can get local headlines and a detailed forecast from WSYM FOX 47 by just asking Alexa for it.
Under flash briefing content - switch to WSYM local news to on - and start receiving FOX 47 updates from Alexa.
To enable WSYM local news, look up Skills on your Amazon Alexa app and search for "WSYM News," or log in to your Amazon.com account and search for "WSYM News" under Alexa skills. Click the "Enable" button. You can arrange Skills to put FOX 47 at the top of your skills list.
Say "Alexa, local news" or "Alexa, what's my flash briefing?" or "Alexa, tell me the news" and you'll get summaries of the top news headlines on fox47news.com and a 7-day forecast.
The skill also works with Amazon's Echo Show, Echo Tap and Dash Wand.
