The mobile food pantry will be in Lansing on Saturday to provide fresh, non-perishable food items for those in need.
The mobile unit will be at St. Casimir Church from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. - or as they say, "until the food runs out."
The City of Lansing Human Relations and Community Services Dept. puts on this event along with the Greater Lansing Food Bank.
The food is free and available for those that are "disadvantaged and vulnerable," seniors on fixed incomes, and families or individuals with limited or low income jobs.
All who attend must present a valid state identification card or driver's license.
Also, if you are planning on picking up food, you should bring a box or bag to carry your items in when you leave.
