A police officer charged in the death of Freddie Gray has filed a federal lawsuit against Baltimore's top prosecutor.
Brian Rice is suing state attorney Marilyn Mosby and a member of the sheriff's office for defamation of character, false imprisonment, and violation of rights. Rice faces manslaughter and other charges related to gray's death.
Six officers were charged with Gray's death after he suffered a critical spinal injury while riding in a police van.
