An area outside a local middle school just got a bit harder to get around.
Fourth street is closed to all traffic south of Parkside Middle School.
Traffic heading that way will be turned around and rerouted by Kibby Road.
Crews will be repaving the road as well as putting in a new roundabout at the intersection of Fourth and Hickory.
The work is expected to be done by mid-November.
