HOLT, Mich. — The former Holt teacher accused of sexually assaulting four of his students will be heading to trial next Monday.
Patrick Daley's trial had originally been set for January 28th, but it had to be rescheduled.
His pretrial was held this afternoon.
Daley is charged with 12 counts of second- degree criminal sexual conduct.
If convicted he faces up to 15 years in prison.
