Allyson Moran, a former teacher from Stockbridge, was back in court Thursday morning for her criminal sexual conduct case.
Moran is accused of having sex with a 17-year-old student.
Thursday was a preliminary exam for Moran who is charged with three counts of criminal sexual conduct in the 3rd degree and one count of criminal sexual conduct in the 4th degree.
Today's appearance will determine if there is enough evidence for the case to go to trial.
