UPDATE:
Moran is out on bail and will be allowed to return home to Illinois while she awaits bail.
Her lawyer indicated that Moran has employment in IL.

Former teacher Allyson Moran was in 55th District Court Tuesday morning for her arraignment.
Moran, who is from Dansville, was arrested last week in Illinois for having sex with a student.
Tuesday morning she was charged with four counts of criminal sexual conduct; three of them were in the third degree, and one in the fourth.
Her bond is set for 10% of $7500, which means she has to come up with $750 to be released from Ingham County Jail.
Her trial dates are set for September 28 and October 5, but are likely to change.
She may return back to Decatur Illinois and commute back and forth for her trial once bond is posted.
