LANSING, Mich. — Matthew Priebe was not in court on Friday for his probable cause hearing.
Priebe was allowed to miss his court date.
His preliminary hearing is on March 20.
He was charged with four felonies, including second-degree criminal sexual conduct and distributing obscene matter to children.
Priebe resigned from the Lansing Police Department last June.
He'd been suspended from duty after the Lansing School District told police two female students reported him for sexual misconduct.
A third accuser, who chose to stay anonymous when we talked to her last fall, went public two weeks ago after Priebe was charged with four felonies including second-degree criminal sexual conduct and distributing obscene matter to juveniles.
Athziry Pilar claims he touched her inappropriately, sent her pictures of his genitalia, offered to buy her alcohol and tried to kiss her.
Investigators say they have videos showing Priebe undressing while FaceTiming one of the victims.
Priebe has refused to comment on the charges against him.
Pilar was a junior at Eastern High School when she met him.
She says a teacher told an administrator but nothing was done about it.
