The former Ingham County Prosecutor is on pace to get out of jail more than two months early.
FOX 47 News has obtained a copy of Stuart Dunnings, III's booking report from the Clinton County Sheriff's Office, a year after he was arrested on prostitution charges. The report shows Dunnings has earned 61 days off his sentence for good behavior.
The Sheriff's Office says it's standard procedure to give inmates a day off their sentence for every six days they stay in line.
Dunnings was sentenced to a year in jail on November 22, 2016 after pleading guilty to a misdemeanor count of Engaging the Services of a Prostitute and a felony count of Misconduct of a Public Official.
He started serving his time three days later and is now scheduled to be released on September 24th, 2017.
