LANSING, Mich. — Former MSU President Lou Anna Simon is back in court Tuesday morning.
As her preliminary hearing continues, Simon is being accused of lying to police in regards to the Larry Nassar scandal.
At the preliminary hearing, Marti Howe, Simon's assistant for 10 years went through agendas for meetings between Simon and Russell from 2014.
It was also announced that two defense attorneys could be called as witnesses in this case. The two defense attorneys were at the interrogation in question where they filed a motion to squash subpoenas against Simon because they say she wasn't told it was a criminal investigation.
There are witnesses taking the stand and testifying on Tuesday.
